The Parties agreed to further implement joint educational programs to ensure the personnel reserve of the government of Tatarstan.

One of our priority tasks is to create a platform for continuous learning, which is especially important in the new realities of a rapidly changing world. Thus, one of our strategic goals today is to expand cooperation with Tatarstan,” said the rector of SKOLKOVO.
According to him, over the six years of SKOLKOVO's cooperation with Tatarstan, the School has implemented over a dozen training programs, with over 200 students and alumni.
Yuri Levin, a renowned expert in artificial intellect and decision-making, also gave a lecture on data-driven decision-making at the House of Government.
The audience of the lecture included Rustam Minnikhanov, as well as Aleksey Pesoshin, Prime Minister of Tatarstan, representatives of the presidential administration and the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan, heads of republican ministries and departments.
