Dr. Kristina Aloyan is Assistant Professor at Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO, where she teaches on MBA, EMBA and other programmes in the areas of organisational behaviour (including issues of social network analysis and organizational psychology) and management.
Kristina holds a PhD in Management (Goldsmiths, University of London), an MSc in Organisational Psychology (City University, London), an MSc in Human Resource Management (The University of Edinburgh), and a BA in Economics (Lomonosov Moscow State University).
Her current research interests include social networks, human resource management, career mobility and career development, female leadership, and personality in the workplace.
Kristina has been working in higher education since 2015. She has extensive experience in teaching at various programme levels, preparation and development of teaching materials, application of innovative methods of teaching, student assessment and student supervision. Alongside her teaching, Kristina actively engages in research activities and research projects, as well as collaboration with European universities and institutions.
