In his work, Igor combines academic activities, research, and practical management experience. Alongside teaching and coaching at Skolkovo, he maintains close ties to business as an independent member of expert councils and boards of directors for several information technology companies.
Until 2024, Igor held the position of CEO at IT company BCC, which employed around 1,500 specialists. Under his leadership, BCC implemented projects of international and nationwide scale for major organizations, including enterprises in the military-industrial complex, oil and gas sector, logistics, construction, and government structures.
In 2012, he entered the top 100 managers of St. Petersburg and Leningrad Region according to the Delovoy Peterburg portal. In 2024, he was awarded the medal of the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation and a letter of appreciation from the Governor of St. Petersburg.
As an executive coach, Igor works with executives and management teams of large companies, including T-Bank, PepsiCo, X5, Gazprom Neft, VK, SIBUR Holding, Nestle, Alfa-Bank, and others. His work focuses on developing leadership potential, improving managerial effectiveness, and enhancing team communication.
His areas of scientific interest include the digital transformation of education and human development, including the application of artificial intelligence technologies. At the SKOLKOVO School of Management, he conducts research on the impact of artificial intelligence on the transformation of leadership, management practices, and organizational development.
Since 2019, Igor has been an expert at the Foundation for Assistance to Innovation (FASIE). He leads research projects and has authored over 50 scientific publications and two books. He holds a Candidate of Technical Sciences degree in Information Technologies.
