Elena is a senior lecturer in leadership and academic director of the one-year diploma program "Executive Coaching and Mentoring for the Development of Executives, Top Teams, and Organizations." She teaches on programs such as "Leaders as Teachers," "Next Step. Together," "Professional Manager," and others.
Elena is one of Russia's leading coaches for top executives. Over 10 years of practice, she has conducted more than 2,500 coaching sessions in individual, group, and team formats for major Russian and international companies across various industries.
In 2017, Elena launched the new Center for Leadership Development at the SKOLKOVO School of Management (previously the Center for Executive Coaching, Development, and Career). In her role as Director of the Center, Elena was responsible for the School's educational programs, research, and consulting projects on leadership.
Previously at SKOLKOVO and other Russian and international companies, she headed marketing and PR functions. During her career, Elena has worked in the USA, Switzerland, and Spain.
Elena graduated with honors from the Moscow State Pedagogical University (Spanish and English philology) and the Institute of Group and Family Psychology and Psychotherapy where she received the qualification of Family Psychologist. She completed additional training programs at Harvard Business School, INSEAD, American Institute of Business and Economy, Amsterdam Research Business School, SKOLKOVO, and others. She is a certified ICF coach (PCC) and assessor using Hogan, MBTI, and IDI methodologies.
