About the Training Format
Training is delivered in an expedition format to explore how companies that are globally competitive in their niches redesign their businesses, products and business models and build strategies for exponential growth.
Expeditions are not business missions or business tourism, but an opportunity to explore new territories, markets, consumer culture, and entrepreneurial ecosystems. Expeditions are for discovering new business models and partnerships and to gain social and cultural experience and exchange insights specific to that country. Our goal is to determine the market's current position in terms of administrative, geographic, cultural, and economic standards in force in the region, and to explore the different ways (resources and skillsets) you could benefit from the region. Moreover, any new region and team serve as an ecosystem of ideas and insights for the global entrepreneur.

Step 1Ask yourself: What business model am I building, and what part in this scheme will the UAE play

Step 2Fill out a questionnaire and pass an interview with the programme team. Once approved, collect your admission documents and pay the admission fees
