Nikolai has created and led corporate programmes, business games and strategic and project sessions, as well as consulting on strategy, project and innovation management and corporate transformations. Nikolay is the Academic Director of the Practicum Global Shift.
Nikolai graduated from Moscow State University’s School of Cultural Politics as a Developer and Leader of Business and Organisational Games. He is Director of Educational Programmes at the School of Cultural Politics.
From 2000-2002 Nikolai worked at the Severo-Zapad Centre for Strategic Developments, where he helped to write the Doctrines for the Development of the North-West of Russia, organised the School of Innovation Managers. From 2002-2004 he organised seminars and events in preparation for the Ministry of Education’s Innovative Russia report. From 2006-2007 he organised and led Schools for Young Leaders in Local Government for the All-Russian Council for Local Government and the Presidential Administration.
Since 2008 Nikolai has been a Programme Developer and Director of Project Work on corporate programmes at Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO. As a Project Work Manager and Consultant he has worked with EVRAZ, RAO UES, KES, OAK, FST RF, the Presidential Administration, Rosatom, Roskosmos, Sportveshchanie, Metinvest, MTS, the Government of Moscow and more.
He is currently engaged in project management in an integrated programme for the development of Russian monocities at the initiative of VEB.
