Olga has held both academic and administrative positions at RANEPA (Presidential Academy), Togliatti State University, and Togliatti Academy of Management.
Since 2012, she has been part of the SKOLKOVO Moscow School of Management, and since 2016, she has led the Education Development Center as its Director.
She serves as the Academic Director of Center’s flagship programs including the Rectors’ School, The Code of Educational Programs, and lead other institutional development initiatives.
Olga’s research focuses on leadership and change management in education, with a particular interest in understanding the root causes of transformation failures.
She supports universities in designing their development strategies and consults institutional leaders and teams on effective approaches to change management.
