Education Development Center conducts practice-oriented research, paying special attention to the description and analysis of the best Russian and international practices in the field of education development. Center develops recommendations on transformation of educational institutions, as well as theoretical concepts based on its extensive practical experience.

Consulting

Education Development Center acts as a transformation consultant for educational leaders at all levels: chairs, deans, rectors, presidents, policymakers, and state authorities.

Education

The Center conducts leadership development programs for executives and their teams from various educational institutions. The programs are based on an experiencial learning model and aim not only to help educators and administrators thrive as leaders, but also to develop transformational projects and solve problems specific to their institutions.
