Dmitry studied General Management at the Stockholm School of Economics (Sweden), where he earned an Executive MBA degree. At the St. Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, he received a Candidate of Technical Sciences degree from the Department of Management. He further enhanced his qualifications through programs in Spiral Dynamics Integral Technologies, Kanban Systems Improvement, and Change and Transformation Management.
Dmitry has 15 years of management experience in international industrial and construction companies, having served as Director of Product and Systems Development, Director of Sales and Marketing, and as CEO of a consulting company with broad industry expertise. Dmitry is a certified organizational development consultant for the international company Coverdale.
Currently, Dmitry is a Senior Lecturer in Business Practice and Program Director of the Executive MBA at SKOLKOVO, building on a decade of experience working in leading business schools in Russia and Scandinavia as a lecturer, author, and director of educational programs.
Dmitry’s main professional interests include: modern management systems, purposeful team management, organizational transformation, commercial thinking, and negotiations.
Dmitry is engaged in training and developing management teams, companies, and leaders in Russian and international business, is the author of books on technology, and serves as a tutor for organizational development projects.
