Pavel Bilenko is teaching industry 4.0 at Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO. His main interests are operations management, the systems and technologies of Industry 4.0 and its business effects, venture capital and entrepreneurial venture development, machine building, and joint venture creation and development. He holds an EMBA from Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO.
Pavel began his career as an engineer at the design bureau of Kaluga Turbine Plant before eventually becoming Deputy Head of Major Projects for HMS Group. From 2012-2014, as Project Manager, he managed major international supply of pumping units and equipment for the Eastern Siberia - Pacific Ocean oil pipeline. From 2014-2016, as General Director of TOP JSC, he also oversaw the creation and development of a machine-building factory in Chelyabinsk together with an Italian company.
Pavel is currently Academic Leader of Silicon Valley modules on EMBA and MBA programmes. He develops and runs courses on operational effectiveness, creating and using Industry 4.0 systems and technologies, and developing joint enterprises to create highly technical machines and equipment. Pavel has written numerous articles on management using digital systems and instruments in manufacturing, innovative entrepreneurial ecosystems, and creating and developing joint state and private partnership ventures.
