We attach great value to the fact that our customers are satisfied with the results of their training and are eager to come back to us again and again. The result of the training is measured not by the number of hours spent in classrooms but by the effectiveness of the projects implemented as part of the companies’ operating activities. I’d like to extend special congratulations to the winners—these awards are well earned. These are the projects that benefit and inspire our participants, undoubtedly influences their employees’ attitude to work and to themselves and encourages them to change the world around them,” said Andrei Sharonov, President of the SKOLKOVO Business School.

The purpose of the business case festival and SKOLKOVO Trend Award is to identify and distinguish success stories and exceptional projects. The first award ceremony took place in 2015 with the participation of the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev: back then, seven companies and government institutions received statuettes and certificates of appreciation.

This anniversary year, it was timed to coincide with ReForum, the largest annual business forum revolving around the development of human capital and talent capacity in Russia and uniting more than 700 managers.
