Sam Park, President of SKOLKOVO Institute for Emerging Market Studies (SIEMS)
In 1992-2004 – professor of Strategy, from 1998 till 2000 – Co-Chair of the management department at Rutgers University, New Jersey. From 2001 to 2008 – British American Tobacco Chair Professor, member of the Academic Council and Director of the Centre for Emerging Market Strategy at the China Europe International Business School. From 2004 to 2008 – President of the Samsung Economic Research Institute.
Baozhi Qu, Senior Research Fellow, SIEMS
Before joining SIEMS worked as assistant Professor at the City University of Hong Kong. Taught at the Renmin University of China and University of Pittsburgh.
Meng Zhao, Research fellow, SIEMS
From 2003 to 2004 – research assistant, Research Center for Social and Economic Behavior, Institute of Psychology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China. In October-December, 2008 – visiting research fellow, Hauser Center for Non Profit Organizations, Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University. In 2010 – visiting scholar, Center for Philanthropy and Civil Society. From September, 2010 – assistant Professor in Strategy and Organization, Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO.
William Wilson, Senior Research Fellow, SIEMS
From 1990 to 1993 – assistant Professor of economics at College of Business, Ohio Northern University. From 1993 to 1999 год – Vice-President and senior economist, Comercia Bank. In 1999-2004– chief economist, Ernst&Young. In 2004-2007 – managing director and chief economist, Keystone India. In 2008-2009 – director of economic research, National Bank of Kuwait.
Nan Zhou, Research fellow, SIEMS
From 2008 to 2010 – assistant professor and after that – teacher of MBA class at Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. In 2008 – research fellow at George Washington University CIBER Summer Doctoral Institute. From 2010 – research associate at SIEMS.

About SEneC
SKOLKOVO Energy Centre (SEneC), headed by Grigory Vygon, was opened at the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO in 2011.
Mission:conducting research and analysis of relevant problems in the energy sphere emphasizing the Russian energy production problems in order to build a professional dialogue between business and authorities representatives for them to work out a consistent approach concerning Fuel & Energy Complex.
Development perspective up to 2013: Creation of an independent platform for permanent qualified and evidence-based dialogue between authorities and business.

Grigory Vygon, Director, SEneC
In 2006-2008 he was senior economist at TNK-BP Management, and before that he worked as at Institute of financial research. Since 2008 he has been head of the Department of economics and finance in the Ministry of natural resources and environment of the Russian Federation. Ph. D. Economics.
Tatiana Mitrova, Head of Global Energy, SEneC
In 2006-2010 she was head of the Centre for International Energy Markets Studies. In January-July 2011 she headed Oil and Gas Department Russia and Worldwide, Energy Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences. She is Assistant Professor at Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas. Ph.D. International Economics, graduated from the Department of Economics of Moscow state University.
Dmitry Bogdanov, Head of Oil & Gas Direction, SEneC
In 2009-2010 he was a member of the working group on privilege provision for small oil accumulations under the Ministry of energy of the Russian Federation and a member of the working group on the oil and combustible gas reservoir and resources classification modifying under the Ministry of natural resources and environment of the Russian Federation. In 2010-2011 he was a member of the working group on stimulation of application of oil recovery raise methods while oil accumulation mining under the Ministry of natural resources and environment of the Russian Federation. He has Ph. D. in physical and mathematical sciences, graduated from Moscow State Geological Prospecting Academy.
Maria Belova, Senior Analyst, SEneC
In 2002-2004 she took the position of analyst at Energy and Investment Policy and Project Financing Development Foundation. In 2005-2006 she was expert at Institute for Energy and Finance Foundation, since 2007 – senior expert. In 2007 she worked as visiting fellow at Hudson Institute. In 2008-2010 she was Head of oil infrastructure section at Institute for Energy and Finance Foundation, since April 2010 she has become deputy head, and since April 2011 she has taken over the position of head of Energy Department.

SKOLKOVO Education Development Centre, headed by Andrey Barkin, was opened at the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO in summer 2011.
Mission: conducting research, analysis and arrangement of the accumulated knowledge in the sphere of human capital as company strategic resources and its competitiveness basis. Provision of consulting services for clients and structures

Andrey Barkin, Head of SEDeC
In 1999-2000 he was director of USAID Resource Center. In 2001-2003 he cooperated with A.T. Kearney. 2003-2005 he was on the position of manager of Strategy service line at Accenture. In 2005-2006 he worked as deputy head of regional operation at Monitor Group. In 2007-2011 he was Head of Policy & Planning, Voting member of License committee at Knowledge & Human Development Authority in the government of Dubai.
Denis Konanchuk, Manager of Consulting projects, SEDeC
In 2005-2010 he was director of Centre of innovative educational technologies at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. He graduated from Samara State University of Economics and postgraduate course of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.
