New Additions to the International Advisory Board of the SKOLKOVO Business School

Moscow, July 12, 2019. —The International Advisory Board of the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO has recently welcomed two new members, which include representatives of Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) and IMD business school (IMD), world-renowned leaders of higher and business education: Prof. Wei Shyy, President of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) and Prof. Jean-François Manzoni, President of the IMD Business School.
HKUST and IMD are academic partners of the SKOLKOVO Business School in implementing joint educational programmes.
The business school began working with HKUST in 2018 to launch the double-degree HKUST-SKOLKOVO ЕМВА for Eurasia programme, creating the opportunity for educational activities across 7 countries. In the autumn of the same year, the SKOLKOVO Business School partnered with IMD for the LIFT (Leadership Identity Foundation and Transformation) programme.
HKUST and IMD are global leaders in business education. Over the past several years, their programmes have been ranked first in the Financial Times: the Kellogg-HKUST EMBA programme currently tops the list of Executive MBAs, while IMD has ranked #1 in the world for Open Programs for the 8th consecutive year in 2019.
The International Advisory Board provides strategic advice, guides and informs the business school’s development. The Board is chaired by Dmitry Medvedev, the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation. The Advisory Board of the SKOLKOVO Business School comprises highly respected representatives of large companies, as well as prominent public and political figures, both Russian and international.
