Each participant will be part of a corporate project in either India or China, gaining invaluable insight into how different social and governmental conditions affect how business works in different fast-moving economies.

We will also take you to the United States for a business project, allowing you to gain a fuller perspective by comparing your experiences with how business works in a more traditional economy.

• Corporate, public sector  and start-up projects.  You will cover not only a range of different economies, but also a range of different management opportunities. Work in two corporate, one public sector and one start-up project, will expand your leadership skills and expertise, to make you an effective manager across a broad spectrum of sectors and situations.
  
  
• Value innovation partnership with senior executive teams.  You will also have the absolutely unique opportunity to be part of a team of external executives and MBAs and participate in a Value Innovation Blue Ocean workshop, gaining insights into new market creation while striving for higher value and lower costs. This experience will arm you with a proven and practical approach to creating profitable growth strategies that are easily applicable across the whole value chain.
