SKOLKOVO: Participants of the first SKOLKOVO integrated programme for Evraz GroupThe purpose of this comprehensive educational programme is to create a common understanding among its participants of the company’s strategic goals and objectives through systematising accumulated experience, adopting the world’s best practices, mastering project work methods, and improving competences needed for effective change management in the present-day world. Many subjects within the scope of the programme correlate with the aims and objectives that were the cornerstone during a strategic session of the company held in early December 2009.

This year’s programme participants represent 50 managers from the Management company as well as the regional industrial sites: heads of departments and divisions, senior specialists, project managers, process engineers and foremen. Notably, this year was particularly successful for the regions’ representatives.  All the participants were qualified during a detailed multilevel selection process. Seven candidates competed for one place.

This programme covers a period of 4 months. Besides the theoretical section, each programme module includes individual projects for participants. Unlike last year’s programme for Evraz Group S.A., each module of this programme will last seven academic days.
