The Role

The Programme Development Director of Moscow Management School SKOLKOVO is a full-time team member of Executive Education Department whose task is to design, develop and deliver customised multi-module corporate educational programmes ensuring the programme compliance with the clients learning needs and requirements.  He/she serves as a key person between the client, faculty and other subject experts involved in a programme, coordinates and administers the programme activities.

Responsibilities

  • Communication with clients and customer needs analysis
  • Conducting interviews and learning needs assessment
  • Development and adjustment of corporate educational programmes
  • Program design and proposal preparation to the client
  • Search, editing of course materials, and interaction with faculty in materials preparation
  • Content writing, resource allocation and preparing course syllabi
  • Observation and assessment of programmes
  • Providing programme evaluation, feedback and report writing to the customer
  • Maintains programme archives and case studies

Requirements:

The candidate should have proven experience of complex educational programmes development for top management of Russian and multinational corporations.   His/her track record should include work with strong training companies or within corporate universities in the role of trainer or training programmes development preferably in the sphere of leadership and corporate development. The candidate should have strong educational background, PhD degree will be a strong advantage. The candidate should demonstrate excellent project management skills with strong ability to manage complex processes and attention to details.
